Midwifery refers to the medical profession that deals with the care of women during gestation, labor (child birth), and the postpartum period also including care of the new born. Nurse- midwifery has been established for their benefactions to reducing infant and maternal mortality, unseasonable births, and low birth weight rates. Their skills especially as primary care providers are being substantiated by the low rates of child mortality, caesarean birth, episiotomy, and use of epidural anaesthesia and high rates of success in vaginal birth after caesarean.

Midwives give services for women substantially in the following areas prepossession care, prenatal care, labour and birth, postpartum care, and Gynaecological services.

You need to eat foods from colourful sources to make sure you to get all the minerals, proteins vitamins and nutrients it'll also contribute to your baby’s healthy growth and development.
